Privacy Policy

Liquid RP Creators ("we", "our") operates an internal creator-referral tracking tool for the Liquid RP GTA RP community. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion.

1. What we collect

  • Discord data — user ID, public username, guild join/leave timestamps, and the invite code used to join. Only for members of the single Liquid RP Discord guild.
  • FiveM activity — in-game player name, license, Steam ID, Cfx.re ID, and session timestamps, retrieved via the Fini AC API for players connected to our server.
  • Purchase data — Tebex transaction ID, amount, tax, currency, customer email, and package name, received via Tebex webhooks for sales on our store.
  • Contact info — email addresses for creators registered on our creator dashboard.

2. What we don’t collect

  • Discord message content, DMs, or chat activity
  • Data from any Discord server other than the Liquid RP guild
  • Voice, presence, or profile customization data
  • Payment card details (handled entirely by Tebex)

3. How we use it

Data is used exclusively to attribute new community members to the content creator who referred them, calculate creator commissions on FiveM/Tebex activity, and display analytics on our internal admin dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored in a private MongoDB database with encryption at rest enabled at the storage layer. Access is restricted to authenticated admin users over HTTPS/TLS. The database is not publicly accessible.

5. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing affiliate@rageholdings.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your Discord user ID. Requests are actioned within 7 business days.

6. Third-party services

We share necessary data with the following processors to make the product work: Discord (for bot operations), Tebex (for payments), Fini AC (for FiveM player data), and Resend (for transactional email). Each processes data under their own privacy policies.
